This case analyses the importance of window location with regards to the daylight performance and electricity use for lighting for a typical Danish house.

One among other conclusions is that a configuration with both facade windows and roof windows performs as well as a configuration with 50% more window area, when all windows are facade windows.

The EIC Visualizer is used in combination with the Daylight Visualizer 2 to analyse the daylight distribution and to calculate the electricity demand.
